Access is typically granted immediately after purchase, but if you don’t receive your product within 24 hours, please reach out to: support@amandacrevier.ca

3. Consulting Services

If you book a consulting session or service, we’ll confirm your booking via email and provide any prep instructions. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on eBooks, templates, or digital downloads once they’ve been delivered.

If you experience any technical issues or believe there’s been an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days at support@amandacrevier.ca, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Refunds for services (like consulting) are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
